Stay and day-use enquiries

We process your full name, WhatsApp number, email if provided, dates, guest count and enquiry details to reply, check availability and take the pre-contractual steps you request. Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry. Do not send identity documents, payment data or sensitive information in the notes field.

Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed booking: confirmation remains manual. We do not use your contact details for promotional campaigns without separate consent.

Recipients and external services

Enquiries are accessible to the controller and authorised staff. Netlify provides hosting, storage and forms; notifications may be delivered by email. If you choose WhatsApp, the message is sent to that service only when you send it. Booking, Airbnb, Facebook and other linked sites apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards and terms applicable to their service. You can ask the controller for information about providers and the safeguards used.

Retention

Unconfirmed enquiries are kept for 15 days from receipt. Deletion covers the enquiry archive and operational copies in forms, email and chats managed by the controller. Confirmed booking data is kept for as long as needed for the stay and applicable administrative and legal obligations; disputes may require further retention limited to necessary data.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Necessary features store the language, your cookie choice and a technical identifier to avoid duplicate submissions. Your cookie choice is valid for six months. The private management area uses an authentication session.

Google Ads is enabled only after consent to advertising measurement. It may receive technical browsing data, advertising identifiers and actions such as submitting an enquiry or clicking WhatsApp. Names, phone numbers and enquiry content are not sent in advertising events. Refusing does not prevent use of the site. Change or withdraw your choice through Cookie preferences at the bottom of each page.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
